Leola Clay Party 13/09/2026

£38.00

Paint, sip, and celebrate Summer with Leola Bakery and me! Meet with friends old and new to come together to make something completely unique!

At the heart of this workshop is a simple idea: we all begin with the same piece of clay, but what we create becomes entirely our own.

We'll gather in Leoloa Bakery in Stroud around one shared slab of clay a true community piece. Together, we'll press in textures, flowers, lace, leaves and little treasures, building a layered surface filled with everyone's imprints. Once the shared design is complete, the clay will be divided into individual sections, and everyone will shape their piece into something personal and meaningful to you, whatever that may look like.

You're welcome to bring your own small trinkets or keepsakes to press into the clay but we'll also provide a selection of beautiful materials to choose from.

Leola Bakery
6 High St,
Stroud
GL5 1AU

Sunday, 13th September • 1.30-3.30pm

Whether you choose to make a trinket dish, a small bowl, a pair of earrings or something entirely your own, your creation will carry the marks of the group while becoming uniquely yours. It's a gentle reminder of what happens when women come together: we share the same starting point, but each of us brings our own story, touch and creativity to the table....literally.

Your finished piece will be fired and glazed by Emma from The Silver Spot Ceramics.

An information form will be provided at the start of the session so Emma can prepare your work for firing after the workshop has finished.

This session is slow, tactile and quietly connective. A real chance to make something beautiful with your hands while sharing space with other women in a warm, unhurried setting. Please aware the café will be open to the public, but we will have the beautiful long table in the middle.

Come for the making. Stay for the connection. Leave with something that's part collective, part you.

You don't have to be crafty to attend. I will guide you through the process with helpful tips and tricks for beginners. Food is not included in the ticket price, but Leola will have a wide selection of delicious treats on offer for you to purchase.
